11th Annual Mustang Auto Show

This was an all Mustang show in the heart of Orange County, CA. There were a lot of beautiful Mustangs there, mostly new but some old. Here are some pictures from the show:

Car Show and Cruise - August 23, 2008
Location: Chino Hills, CA

The City of Chino's 6th Annual car show and cruise takes place every August on the cross streets of Central Ave. and Chino Ave. This hot day brought out every kind of car enthusiast. From the old to the new spread amongst each other around the City Hall building .Our main focus was, of course S197's but there weren't many to be found. There were a few 07-08 Shelby GT500's, new a GT500KR and of course my GT. The best part of the show was the plethora of 1964 to 1973 Mustang's. Other than the mass of Mustangs that came out to represent, it was a car show for the masses. From Chevy Nova's to customized Peterbuilt Semi-trucks. What I liked most about the show, was that you could leave your parking spot and drive around to show off your car. Most of them with open headers and race gas to show. I was able to get some photos of the Mustangs at the show. We here at S197 Performance support all years of Mustang's even though we do not offer parts for them, as of yet. Picture of the Month Contest

Have you always wanted to get the recognition that you deserve for your Modded Mustang? You've spent a lot of money and hard work on your Mustang but getting it into a magazine is just impossible to do. Well here at S197 Performance we will be posting a customers ride every month. You will have a whole month for other customers to
see your ride. Under your picture there will be a list of your mods and a short description of your future plans for
your Stang.

S197 Performance will be announcing a winner of the picture of the month contest on the first Sunday of each month. The winner each month will receive 10% off selected parts and their vehicle will be showcased for the whole month on the home page. You will also be sent a set of stickers so you may place them on your vehicle, if you wish. If you would like to enter the contest, please contact James@S197Performance.com. The only restrictions are that it must be an S197 Mustang (2005-Present). This includes any S197 (GT, V6, GT500, ShelbyGT, Roush, Saleen etc..) When you submit your photo please send it in a .jpeg format and also include your name, a list of modifications and your future plans for your Mustang. You can also include your location if you would like.

The winner for August is ModdedMustangs.com member GT33. GT33 has created a beautiful looking S197. GT33 was able to add subtle exterior modifications to create a unique Stang without forgettig about performance. A list of his modifications include:
