You must meet all guidelines stated below in order to return your merchandise. If you meet all requirements stated below then you may contact customerservice@s197performance.com. We will then issue a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. We will not accept any merchandise that does not have a MRA number. S197 Performance reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without a Merchandise Return Authorization number. If you do not meet all return guidelines stated below then a MRA number cannot be issued and a return cannot be allowed.

If merchandise is defective due to a manufacturer’s defect and covered by the manufacturers’ warranty then an exchange must be handled through them. S197 Performance will be glad to help facilitate in this process.

Merchandise can not be returned if installed or mounted on vehicle. S197 Performance will not be responsible for any installation costs associated with wrong, defective or damaged merchandise.

Once you have received you merchandise look over the contents carefully before delivery drivers leave your premises or before you sign acceptance for the package. If there is visual damage then look over the contents with the delivery driver. Thoroughly describe and write down the damage to your merchandise on your copy and driver’s copy of “receipt of delivery” slip. Do not refuse the package. Contact us as soon as possible and we will submit a claim with the delivery company.

After receiving your product open packaging as soon as you can. Inspect your product and its contents. If products are missing or damaged contact us immediately. We will then submit you a MRA number or send you the missing parts.
